The biggest development this year is the approval by the Israeli Ministry of Health. It is the first beef product made by culture approved anywhere in the world, and the first cultivated steak to be approved. We are now applying for more territories and increasing production to reach scale.

I am a frequent attendee of cultured meat meetings. Frankly, there are now too many. This is my favourite, and it is because it is not one dimensional. There are people here from other industries, and it brings us together with the cell therapy people. There is a lot in common.
