The plenary sits in Europa 1 and 2 combined. The breakout rooms run off the convention foyer on the second floor. The exhibition floor holds twelve named positions across Europa 3 and Europa 4.

The networking dinner runs in the combined Europa room on the evening of 10 February. The closed-door pods carry the conversations the agenda cannot reach.

The floor is curated to the same standard as the agenda. Voice holds the speaking slot inside the locked agenda. Curated holds the meeting tables close to the plenary. Floor holds the exhibition position. Presence holds the foyer.
